The Chartered Institute of Contract Project and Facility Management is a national body for professionals in the practice of contract and project and facility management in Nigeria. The Institute draws its mandate from her registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 10190. This Act provides the legal framework within which the Institute is established and operates as a corporate body promoting learning, development of best practices, and application of the same to the practice of contract and project and facility management.
The Chartered Institute of Contract Project and Facility Management is a non – profit professional, education and research Institution established and registered to answer the growing need for project and facility management education in Nigeria and in Africa as a region.
Founded in 2013, The Institute has certified project and facility professionals and generated through research, ideas and project and facility management tools linked to business community and wider public organizations, that continue to shape the best practice of project and facility management in Nigeria.
