We are the national body dedicated to advancing the practice and standards of contract, project, and facility management through education, certification, and a commitment to professional ethics.
The Chartered Institute of Contract, Project and Facility Management (CICPFM) was founded in 2013 by a collective of seasoned professionals who identified a critical need for a specialized body to govern and advance management practices in Nigeria and Africa.
As a non-profit professional, education, and research institution, we are committed to answering the growing demand for world-class project and facility management expertise. Since our inception, we have certified numerous professionals and have been instrumental in shaping the best practices that drive success in the business community and public organizations.
